Own performance marketing and growth execution across paid channels, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Your goal is simple: profitable growth.
Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok where relevant) with clear targets
Build weekly reporting: CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, AOV, repeat rate
Improve conversion rate on key pages (collections, PDPs, checkout flows)
Coordinate creative briefs: product visuals, short videos, ad angles, UGC-style content
Execute lifecycle growth: email/SMS flows, win-back campaigns, cart recovery
Support SEO execution with content briefs and on-page improvements
Hands-on experience with performance ads and tracking
Strong grasp of metrics and how to translate them into actions
Ability to write clear briefs and work with designers/content creators
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
Experience in WooCommerce or Shopify growth
Basic SEO and content strategy understanding
Familiarity with product catalog management and merchandising
Clean reporting and attribution baseline
2 to 3 stable acquisition campaigns running profitably
Clear CRO backlog with shipped improvements

Drive B2B growth through dealers, retailers, workshops, contractors, and project accounts. You will build pipeline, close deals, and manage relationships.
Build and manage a pipeline of B2B customers (dealers, workshops, contractors, project buyers)
Visit accounts, understand needs, and recommend the right product solutions
Deliver monthly targets (revenue, active accounts, repeat orders)
Coordinate with operations for fulfillment, stock planning, and delivery commitments
Maintain simple CRM hygiene: leads, follow-ups, quotes, and closures
Collect market feedback: competitor pricing, trends, objections, and product gaps
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Field sales discipline: follow-ups, reporting, and relationship management
Ability to explain products simply and correctly
Comfortable with targets and accountability
Experience in coatings, paints, hardware, tools, automotive, or construction channels
Existing dealer network in Lahore or major cities
Experience selling to institutions or project-based procurement
Active pipeline built with documented next steps
First set of closed accounts and repeat ordering pattern
Clear territory plan and weekly visit rhythm
